We’ve all been there. At a cross road, facing a moment or phase in our life that seems to threaten everything we had built and considered indispensable at some point. It is confusing, disarming, unsettling.

“It is all part of the process.” “Life is giving you exactly what you need.” “It will all workout in the end.” All cliches that actually carry a high degree of wisdom and truth. But, lets be honest; many of us, if given the choice, would choose to skip through those painful periods of their lives. We would choose to arrive at a blissful part of our journey where we’ve managed to figure out the unfigurable.

However, once you make it through the storm, very few people would choose to skip the challenges they faced. As optimistic or cliche as it may sound, it is during those moments when we are forced to reinvent ourselves that we learn and grow the most. You develop a special appreciation for your ability to adapt and overcome whatever life throws your way. I personally, have become fascinated with the resilience and strength of human nature.

As life begins to change and shift all around you, you are given the opportunity to learn more about yourself. To let go of things and people that no longer serve you. To gain a new perspective, a new purpose.

Notice those emotions that come to surface. The more uncomfortable the feelings, the more essential it is for you to acknowledge, process and heal those part of yourself.

We are filled with intrinsic wisdom. We are our best healers. We are strength, resilience, and LOVE.

Very good website you have here but I was wanting to know
if you knew of any discussion boards that cover the same topics talked about here?
I’d really love to be a part of group where I can get comments
from other experienced individuals that share the same interest.

If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
