Frequently Asked Questions

This work is best suited for thoughtful, self-aware individuals who are navigating meaningful transitions and want to approach change with intention rather than reaction. Many of my clients are professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, and leaders who find themselves at an inflection point — reassessing their direction, redefining success, or stepping into a new chapter of life or leadership.
You may benefit from this work if you are:
Seeking clarity around your values, priorities, and long-term vision.
Navigating a major life transition, such as a career shift, divorce, marriage, new parenthood, or a significant change in roles or responsibilities.
A new homeowner seeking to design your space with intentionality and alignment from the start.
Reassessing your identity, personal direction, or the way you want to show up in your life or work.
Interested in intentionally redesigning your environment — home, workspace, or business — so that it better supports your goals, well-being, and daily life.
Feeling ready for a thoughtful “reset” and looking for structured guidance to realign different areas of your life.
Drawn to reflective, strategic conversations about growth, identity, and meaningful change.
Ultimately, this work is for individuals who are willing to engage with curiosity, take personal responsibility for their growth, and intentionally design a life that feels aligned with who they are becoming.

Pursuit of Growth is a coaching and consulting practice focused on personal development, strategic reflection, and intentional life design. While this work can be deeply supportive and insightful, it is not a substitute for clinical or medical care.
If you are currently experiencing acute mental health challenges — including active depression, suicidal ideation, or other conditions that require immediate medical or therapeutic intervention — I strongly encourage you to seek support from a licensed clinical psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional.
My work is best suited for individuals who are seeking thoughtful guidance, strategic clarity, and personal growth, and who are able to engage in the process from a place of relative stability and self-responsibility.

The length of our work together depends on the nature and scope of the engagement.
For Transformational Coaching, I require a minimum commitment of three sessions. Meaningful change and insight rarely emerge from a single conversation, and this structure allows us the space to explore patterns, develop clarity, and begin integrating new perspectives. These sessions are typically scheduled within a 90-day window.
For Spatial Alignment, most engagements unfold over approximately 30 days from initial assessment to delivery of the strategic guide. Larger or more comprehensive projects may take additional time depending on the complexity of the space and the scope of recommendations.
-
Yes. Coaching engagements are typically conducted virtually, and many Spatial Alignment projects can be completed remotely through photos, measurements, and virtual walkthroughs. However, in-person consultations are preferred and can be arranged depending on location and scope. Currently I am serving PA, NJ, NY and CT for in-person consultations.

Each engagement is shaped around what you actually need. For individuals navigating a specific decision, transition, or question, a single deep-dive session can offer meaningful clarity and perspective. This is something we can explore during the discovery call.
That said, lasting transformation rarely emerges from a single conversation. Patterns take time to surface, and real shifts in thinking, behavior, or environment require space to develop and integrate. For this reason, most engagements are designed with continuity in mind — creating the conditions for change that is not only felt, but sustained.
If you are unsure what level of commitment feels right, the discovery call is the ideal place to begin that conversation.
-
Yes. While many engagements focus on individuals and their personal environments, Spatial Alignment can also support workplaces seeking to create more intentional and supportive environments for teams.
-
Transformational Coaching engagements begin at $765, inclusive of three sessions and the full assessment and strategy process.
Spatial Alignment investments begin at $550 for a focused one to two room strategy.
Larger and more comprehensive engagements are scoped individually. Detailed service guides outlining full investment and scope are shared following the discovery call.

Spatial Alignment is designed to transform your environment into a space that actively supports the way you want to live and work. Through a thoughtful and strategic approach, the process helps ensure that your surroundings are not only beautiful, but purposeful and supportive of your daily life.
Through this work, you can expect:
Clarity of purpose for your spaces — ensuring that each environment supports its intended function and allows you to move through your days with greater ease, intentionality, and support.
Alignment between your environment and your values — creating spaces that reflect your priorities, personal aesthetic, and the life you are building, rather than following fleeting design trends.
Strategic guidance for meaningful investments — helping you prioritize the right materials, services, and design decisions so that your resources support your long-term vision.
Practices and rituals for living well within your space — recommendations that encourage a sense of rhythm, well-being, and holistic spatial wellness.
Access to a curated network of professionals — including designers, architects, art consultants, contractors, and organizers who can help bring the strategic vision to life when additional expertise is needed.
-
My approach blends insights from color and organizational psychology, feng shui, and human-centered design to create a holistic strategy for your environment. The goal is not simply to improve how a space looks, but to intentionally shape how it supports the way you live, work, and feel.
Through this process, your environment becomes more than a beautiful or well-designed space. It becomes an aligned reflection of your personality, values, and aspirations — a place that supports clarity, restoration, creativity, and meaningful connection.
Rather than following design trends, Spatial Alignment focuses on creating environments that feel deeply personal and supportive: spaces where beauty, function, and intention work together to enhance your daily life and strengthen your connection to yourself and others.
When intentional ritual, aligned beauty, and elevated design work together, the result is a space of authentic expression and organic connection.
-
Spatial Alignment focuses on the relationship between your environment, your behavior, and the life you are intentionally creating.
While traditional interior design often centers on aesthetics or trends, this approach begins with understanding how a space can support your well-being, habits, and goals.
Beauty remains an essential part of the process. I believe thoughtfully designed spaces — even through simple touches of color, light, texture, or natural elements — can lift our spirit, create moments of joy, and enhance how we experience our daily lives.
The goal is not simply to create a space that looks beautiful, but one where beauty, intention, and function work together to support clarity, ease, and authentic expression.
-
Many clients arrive with a clear goal, while others simply know that something in their life, work, or environment no longer feels aligned. The discovery process is designed to help clarify priorities and determine the most meaningful direction for our work together.
-
Some clients begin with coaching and discover that their environment is ready for realignment. Others begin with Spatial Alignment and find that the process naturally opens deeper questions about identity and direction. In certain cases, the two can be intentionally integrated when both personal transformation and environmental change are part of the desired outcome. I believe the spaces we inhabit and the inner lives we tend are inseparable — and when both are addressed together, the results can be profound.
-
The discovery call is a relaxed, 30-minute conversation designed to understand your goals, explore your current challenges or aspirations, and determine whether my approach is the right fit for you.
There is no obligation to move forward — simply an opportunity to connect, ask questions, and gain clarity on whether this work resonates.
