9/27/2026 | The Practice of Alignment
Date: Sunday, September 27th
Time: 1:00 – 3:00 PM
Location: Private outdoor residence in Penn Valley, PA
Address will be shared after registration.
We’re excited to invite you to The Practice of Alignment, an intimate outdoor gathering centered on movement, reflection, and creative expression.
We often talk about feeling “aligned” or “out of alignment,” but what does it actually mean to live in alignment?
Our lives are constantly changing—our bodies, priorities, relationships, environments, and even our sense of who we are. We created this experience around the idea that alignment isn’t a state we arrive at once and maintain perfectly. It is something we intentionally practice: learning to notice what feels right, what no longer fits, and where small adjustments might help us live with greater clarity, connection, and ease.
Over the course of two hours, we’ll explore alignment through three complementary experiences:
MOVEMENT + PHYSICAL ALIGNMENT
Led by Ella, Founder of Studio Wren
A guided yoga/Pilates-inspired practice exploring physical alignment, posture, breath, body awareness, and the small adjustments that can change how we move and feel.
REFLECTION + LIFE ALIGNMENT
Led by Dianela, Founder of Pursuit of Growth
A guided conversation exploring alignment across our inner and outer lives—from our values and emotions to our relationships, environments, and everyday choices. We’ll follow the conversation with a personal Alignment Audit and guided journaling designed to help you notice where life feels aligned, where you may be experiencing friction, and what might be asking for greater intention.
CREATIVE EXPRESSION
Led by Sally Eisenberg, Visual Artist, Health Coach and Voice Over Professional
A playful, intuitive art experience exploring what happens when we step outside the lines—literally and figuratively—and allow creativity to become another way of reconnecting with ourselves.
We’ll close by coming back together for reflection and connection, with the hope that you leave not with a prescription for a perfectly “aligned” life, but with greater awareness of yourself and a few meaningful tools for finding your way back when life inevitably shifts.
Your experience includes all art supplies, snacks, and refreshments. Yoga mats will be available for use during the pilates session, no need to bring your own.
Please bring: A journal and pen.
To preserve the intimacy of the experience, we are limiting the gathering to just 12 participants.
